Welcome to this months Newsletter!

This month two of our articles are focusing on Performance Management, while the others tackle important issues that Employers are currently facing. 

As we head into these warmer Summer months, and Christmas draws closer (only 8 Mondays left!) make sure that if you have any of the issues mentioned in this months newsletter, or some other Employment Relations issue happening in your organisation, that you get in touch to have a stress free Summer. 

Although we have finished running our complimentary IEA Review, that was available over the last couple of months, we are still happy to have a look over any Employment Documentation that may still need updating.
