HR Advisor


Operating from a lifestyle block based in Oropi, Tauranga, the Family and Directors of New Breeze Ltd. are currently looking to appoint a part-time HR Advisor.

 New Breeze Ltd was established by the family for their adult son, who requires continuous support and supervision and where the focus is to provide a high standard of living within an enjoyable supportive environment.

The main purpose of this role is to manage and provide administrative and operational support to all its employees whilst ensuring high standards are met in a healthy workplace environment that encompasses all aspects of HR.

The HR Advisor will be employed for approximately 7.5 hours per week, to be worked across 3 days between Tuesday and Friday.

As a valued member of a friendly and dedicated team, there will also be the opportunity for some additional hours to assist support workers on outings and activities.

The ideal candidate for this role will have;

  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • A flexible approach
  • Strong communication and relationship building capabilities
  • Knowledge and application of New Zealand laws and Employment Legislation
  • Some previous HR experience.
  • New Zealand residency.
