Established in 1995, Resco are a solutions company who, for almost 25 years, have been working with leading architects and builders in manufacturing, designing and installing an extensive range of ablution solutions, specialising in toilet and shower partitions, wall panelling and laboratory bench tops.
Based in Hamilton, this expanding team are looking to employ a full time, professional Operations Manager. Reporting to the Managing Directors, this role will coordinate and oversee the organisations daily operations and ensure Resco continues to operate to optimum levels.
To be successful in this exciting new role, you’ll have proven experience in leading, aligning and motivating teams, managing and driving effective strategies and all with a down to earth ‘can do’ attitude where organisation and communication skills are essential.
In this key position, you’ll be responsible for
- Helping drive the company forward
- ensuring all related processes and work practices in the business deliver the most effective outcomes
- Focus on quality, efficiency, cost, compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Providing accurate and timely reporting to Management on all activities and performance.
The aim is to have a high functioning operation that ensures Resco can ‘run better without’ the Operations Manager onsite!
