Ashley has a background in a wide variety of roles in the farming, hospitality, legal sector and customer service industry.

Having completed an LLB at Waikato University, coupled with her employment history, Ashley brings a diverse range of skills to the table which allows her to evaluate problems from both a legal and business perspective.  She also has experience with Mediation and has been able to apply knowledge gained from her degree to a diverse range of employment roles’ throughout her career.

Ashley is passionate about Employment Relations and strives for success with every task undertaken.
